Hi there! I'm Stephanie. I was born and raised in Kalamazoo, Michigan, and finished my teen and college years in North Florida. I've lived in various places, and now call the Florida panhandle my home - otherwise known as the Forgotten Coast.

 

When I was a young girl, our family of 4 took a once-in-a-lifetime 2-week vacation to California and drove the entire length of the state seeing many people and places - boy, we packed a lot in! This was also my first trip to Disneyland! Later in my teens, I had the opportunity to go on a couple of mission trips to Europe and the South Pacific. And after getting married to my wonderful husband in 2000, we continued to travel extensively across the U.S. while raising our 3 children - hoping to instill the travel bug in them as well. These days, you'll often find me visiting bucket-list sites and countries or going on a cruise with family and friends.

In my spare time, I love going on walks and hikes, exploring festivals - especially if they involve food, and a good puzzle can capture my time any day of the week!

Fun Fact: When I was 16, I pursued my dream of being a singer. I recorded a demo and sent it to numerous recording companies. It wasn't what God had in mind for me, but I still love to sing.
